Boston renaissance Public charter school
Redevelopment of a mill building into 100,000 square foot of education space for the Boston Renaissance Charter Public School. The school will house over 1,000 students in grades K-6 . Total cost of redevelopment is $40 million. DDC is the development consultant to the Board of Directors of the charter school overseeing all aspects of the project from predevelopment through construction and occupancy.

DDC is a Consultant in developing a 17 unit market rental housing and commercial space.
The total development cost of this project is $7 million. This is phase 1 of the project.
Phase 2 , 28 units, will be completed in 2018.

Designer and urban planner for the $40 million Academy Homes II, financed by Mass Housing.
A Demo-Disposition redevelopment to build 236 units of new construction affordable housing in association with Chi-Ming Sze and Elton Architects.
