DDC was  the development consultant/construction manager for Quincy Geneva Housing Corporation and Dorchester Bay EDC. The $100 million Quincy Heights consisted of new construction/renovation of 170 units of housing and 46,000 square feet of commercial development. This was the first redevelopment project in the United States completed with a " $20 million HUD Choice Neighborhood Grant".
