The firm is lead by Harold Raymond, an urban designer, architect, and planner who has extensive experience in community and real estate development. He received a Bachelor of Architecture from NJIT and a Master of Science in Architecture Studies and City Planning from MIT where he specialized in urban planning and real estate development . DDC has assisted government agencies , and for-profit/non-profit organizations in building over 4,000 units of affordable/market rate housing, and 450,000 square feet of commercial development with an estimated development value over $800 million. The firm has been architect for over 1,000 units of housing and 10,000 square feet of commercial development with estimated development value over $30 million.
